At Ithaga Highlands Coffee, we take great pride in the quality of our coffee and the impact of our work. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The product arrived damaged or defective

  • The wrong item was delivered

  • Refund request is made within 7 days of delivery

Note: Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns for opened or used coffee products unless there’s a quality issue.

2. How to Request a Refund

Please email us at [your email address] with your order number, reason for return, and a photo if applicable. Our team will respond within 2–3 business days.

3. Refund Process

Once approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.
